Description/Job Summary

POSITION BASIC PURPOSE
 
Perform data entry of daily Sales orders received in a timely manner
 
 
 
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
Enter all customer orders efficiently/accurately and in a timely manner
 
Ensure all sales orders are processed on a daily basis
Validate pricing, place on price hold if necessary, check credit hold & allocation of same day air orders
Provide Assistance to Customer Service Department
Other duties as assigned              
 
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES AND ABILITIES)
 
High school diploma or equivalent
2-5 years’ experience in a customer service environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Flexibility to work overtime to ensure processing of all orders
Experience with Salesforce & JD Edwards software preferable
